KT Pe Benito (b. 1994, Boston, MA) earned a BFA from Cooper Union and was a recipient of the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship. They have exhibited their work internationally including group exhibitions in Glasgow, Scotland at the Gallery of Modern Art and David Dale Gallery along with exhibitions in New York City at Abrons Arts Center, Queens Museum, and Flux Factory and in Philadelphia at Vox Populi Gallery.

They have performed virtually with Mana Contemporary and in-person at Abrons Arts Center, Knockdown Center, Performance Space New York, and Final Fantasy Reading Series amongst other project spaces, performance venues, and karaoke nights. KT Pe Benito was a 2019 EmergeNYC Fellow at the NYU Hemispheric Institute of Performance & Politics. 

As an arts & cultural organizer, KT serves as the 2023-24 Education Development Officer  of Anakbayan Philadelphia, the 2024-25 BAYAN Northeast Propaganda and Education Officer, and a Collective Member of Vox Populi Gallery in Philadelphia. They are featured in the publication We Are Here: Visionaries of Color Transforming the Art World.

KT currently works at TuttleCo producing virtual events. They formerly worked with Queer|Art as the Queer|Art|Prize Award Manager and Programs & Operations Assistant.

They have also been a former Dance Block Program Manager and Communications Coordinator with Fourth Arts Block. You probably saw them work at the SoHo location of Opening Ceremony when it was still open, but we don't talk about that.
